making a reservation, PLEASE remember you are
making a commitment to us and we are making one to you!
Deposit:
One nights' deposit is required to hold all reservations. If you find you must cancel, we must receive a full 14 days notice
prior to your arrival date in order to qualify you for a deposit
refund less
a $25 service fee. If your reservation is cancelled in less than 14 days
prior to arrival date, your deposit is forfeited unless the
unit is re-rented for the date(s) you reserved. If you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, or depart early, we
(may) still charge for all nights reserved.
All deposits for holidays and the Seafood Festival
will not be refunded.
About the KEYS:
Upon arrival, you will receive a set of keys so you may come and go as you please.
However, for the safety of others, should any keys not find their way back to
us at the end of your stay, a charge of $150 will be added to your
bill. Please make
note of this important rule!
Tax:
Rate does not include 4% local and 6%
Florida Tax.

Rates:
Rates subject to change without notice. An additional charge will
be added to our existing rate during Special Events.
We are a non-smoking facility.
Accommodations will be available for
check-in after 4:00pm
If you find you will be arriving late, please call and let us
know.
Check out is promptly at 11:00 am.
Late check outs may be approved if the arriving guest will
not be inconvenienced by your late departure. Please discuss this request with
us when you check-in.
