When making a reservation, PLEASE remember you are 
making a commitment to us and we are making one to you!

Deposit: 
One nights deposit is required to hold all reservations.  If you find you must cancel, we must receive a full 14 days notice to refund the deposit, less a $25 service fee. Less than 14 days notice to cancel, the deposit is forfeited unless the room in re-rented. If you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, or depart early, we must still charge for all nights reserved.   All deposits for holidays and the Seafood Festival cannot be refunded.

About the KEYS:
Upon arrival, you will receive a set of keys so you may come and go as you please, however, for the safety of others, should any keys not find their way back to us, a charge of $150 will be added to you room bill!

Tax:  
Rate does not include 3% local and 6% Florida Tax.
   Spa Services: Appointments are necessary

Rates Subject to Change Without Notice Depending Upon Season.
An additional charge will be added to our existing rate during Special Events.

We are a non-smoking facility.

Accommodations will be available for check-in after 3:00pm. Check out is promptly at 11:00 am.If you find you will be arriving late, please call and let us know.
